      1. Darn it - no Britney Spears impression!! But - very interesting!! I remember the Payne Stewart incident - such a sad affair that was - now - after this - it's easy to see how it happened! Thanks for the usual great post!!

        1. Thanks, Mark! Yes, that's exactly my impression of hypoxia--that it's so hard to detect, you almost can't until it's too late! Glad you enjoyed the vid!

        1. Thanks, Jeremy! Thanks to see you (and your bog) back online, lol! I'm always glad to get a "vote' for the animated photos and vlogs-it encourages me to do more for you! And...make sure you complete your post-flight checklist! ;-)

      3. It's amazing how short the Time of Useful Consciousness becomes as you climb higher and higher. My airplane only goes to FL450 but some of the other go up to FL510. Imagine the TUC for a moderatly out of shape pilot at that altitude. And if, say, they're a smoker? Crazy.

        1. Ya, it was interesting to see the marathoner outlast his group. I was last in my group too, but not by much. There's a reason O2 masks are mandatory above 410...amazing how fast one loses it on the edge of space!

        1. That's the beauty of editing, my Dear. I get to cut MY embarrassing moments out! ;-) Actually, they didn't give me the toy, much to my dismay! (Insider trivia: Bunny played the part of the "Voice." The actual person communicating with us was male.) That Cessna has 6 seats for all our friends! :-)

Thanks for the comment, getjets at MissTWA.com!!

      6. A growing number of people have lost faith in today’s public school system. Unfortunately, it’s expensive to send kids to private schools. Homeschooling creates a solution to this problem.
